1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global Investing FX Terminal ("the Terminal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Terminal.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Terminal is designed exclusively for educational and informational purposes. All content, data, signals, indicators, charts, and analysis displayed are provided solely to help users understand market dynamics and are not intended to guide trading decisions.

• We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm.
• No content on this site should be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Past performance of any indicator or signal does not guarantee future results.

3. Data Accuracy & Availability

Market data displayed on the Terminal is sourced from third-party providers including the ECB, CFTC, central bank APIs, Myfxbook, TradingView, and an LLM (AI model) for narrative generation, among others. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate and timely data, but we do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown.
• Uninterrupted availability of the Terminal or any data feed.
• That data from third-party sources is exempt from errors or delays.

Data may be delayed, estimated, or temporarily unavailable due to API limitations, network conditions, or third-party outages.

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Investing and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Terminal or reliance on any information displayed, including but not limited to trading losses.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Terminal embeds widgets and data from TradingView, Myfxbook, and other third-party services. Use of these embedded services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Ownership. All original code, design, layout, and written content of the Terminal, together with the datasets, signals, composite scores, AI-generated narratives, and curated or aggregated data files published through the Terminal and its associated repositories (collectively, "the Materials"), are the property of Global Investing and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Market data displayed is owned by its respective providers; nothing in these Terms transfers or claims ownership of third-party data, which remains subject to the terms of its providers.

Permitted use. Access to the Terminal is granted through the channels described on the Access page and is limited to your own informational use. Publication of the Materials at a public web address or repository does not grant a license to use them beyond viewing them, together with any rights that the hosting platform's own terms give to users of that platform.

Restrictions. Without prior written permission from Global Investing, you may not:

• Reproduce, republish, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercialize the Materials or any substantial part of them.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, or other automated means to access, extract, download, or mirror the Terminal's data files, endpoints, or repository contents in bulk or on a recurring basis, other than through the Terminal itself or a licensed copy of the Global Investing Expert Advisor.
• Use the Materials to build, populate, or benchmark a competing product, service, or dataset, or to train or fine-tune machine-learning models.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, activation check, or usage limit of the Terminal.
• Share, resell, or transfer your activation key or access credentials, or allow others to use your access.
• Remove or alter any copyright, attribution, or proprietary notice.

We may suspend or revoke access, and pursue any remedy available under applicable law, in response to use that breaches this section. To request permission or report misuse, see Section 9.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Terminal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before either party initiates any formal proceeding, both agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication at globalinvestingmarkets@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
